The client is a leading global business process outsourcing and customer experience provider, serving enterprises across various industries, including banking and financial services, retail, healthcare, technology, and others. With a large, diverse workforce spread across multiple regions, the organization depends on its front-line teams to continuously identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements.

Despite its scale and commitment to innovation, the absence of a structured ideation framework meant front-line insights were trapped in email threads and informal exchanges. As the organization grew, this fragmentation limited its ability to systematically capture, evaluate, and scale high-value ideas across operations.
